Heraklea d.o.o. is the first agency in Croatia specialized for mystery shopping and the only Croatian company which is the member of the international organisation Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA).
- It has been on the market since the year 2002.
- on a daily basis it employs more than 600 mystery shoppers of all profiles around Croatia.
- Using its own web application for mystery shopping MARTI 3.0. , it enables clients to monitor all results from points of sale within 24 hours after mystery shoppers' visits or calls.
- In 2006 Heraklea publishes the first expert book on mystery shopping in the world, by Veronica Karlsson and Kristina Horbec, titled Measuring Management and The Moment of Truth - The Book About Mystery Shopping (www.measuringmanagement.com )
- In September 2004 and May 2005 wins the MSPA Europe Marketing&PR Award, an award for the most successful promotion of mystery shopping in Europe.
- Kristina Horbec , the director of Heraklea, got the CROMA award for the manager of the year in 2007 in the category young manager, as the first woman in that category. In May 2008 she got the greatest reward from MSPA - Hall of Fame Award as an acknowledgement for special contribution to the development mystery shopping in Southeast Europe.
