Since Sanja came to Heraklea, nothing is the same anymore, and we still wonder how we even functioned before she came. Her computer screen and her mobile phone ringtone give the impressions that she doesn't like being joked with. Although she says she hates finance, she has a very good calculation. When she calls, suppliers and mystery shoppers shiver. And clients do not even dare to say: our boss accepts only half of the invoice or we pay only what we have to. Regarding our long quest for normal staff, Sanja became our HR guru in the meantime. She reveals fake CVs at first glance, and those who survive an interview with her are, without a doubt, worth getting a job at Heraklea. She is really excellent at many things, sales, interpersonal skills, and she even writes excellent marketing messages.

ALEKSANDRA IVLJEV, senior project manager
Aleksandra wanted 'only' data on some research for her thesis, but since we are already HR gurus, we are able to recognise a pearl – so, before she knew it, on 1st April we got help je htjela “samo” podatke o nekom istraživanju da može napisati diplomski rad, ali budući da smo već HR gurui, znamo prepoznati biser pa prije nego se snašla, 1.4.2008. stigla nam je velika pomoć u malom. Alex joined us as assistant project manager, literally overnight she became an independent manager and she handle all troubles with cement, hotels, banks, perfume shops and other. We also discovered not only that she writes good reports and finds words both in English and in Croatian (maybe Janja was her first room mate?), but she can also come up with an excellent advertisement in only three minutes.

JANJA DOMINIĆ BEREČEK, editor, shopper manager
In 2007 Heraklea got its first teacher in the team. Rules became much stricter and under Janja's supervision we repeated together: ću, ćeš, će, ćemo, ćete, će. Yes, she became our editor. No room for mistakes, because Janja readily criticises us. Sometimes she puts some order in our projects as well. Janja – you are a real role model in the world of details. And yes, finally, whenever we travel somewhere we always travel light because Janja always has bots a small and a big suitcase, so we can't fit all!

MARTHA , office manager
Martha came to us with her homework completed. She investigated us and found out that we are addicted to sugar, so on her first day she brought us homemade cookies. A great first impression. Already in the first two weeks she was exporting shoes, selling our services, colecting outstanding debts, employing mystery shoppers, editing web, wrote a text for Heraklea blog and, as the contract says, she was doing everything requested by general manager. We have a small problem – she likes to stay in office too long and so we have to force her to go home so that she can come back next morning well rested and ready for work.

KRISTINA HORBEC, owner
Kristina Horbec was born on February 8, 1976, in Zagreb. Believing in the saying Everything is marketing, marketing is everything – she graduates marketing from Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 1998. Ten years later she completed EMBA from CBA business school and currently she's attending NLP Academy.
She is the “mother” of Heraklea, first Croatian agency specialized in mystery shopping. She started her carieer at Pliva, where she worked for five years, for a short period even in Poland and the Czech Republic. She has won several MSPA awards, CROMA award in 2007 for the manager of the year as the first woman and the youngest manager in Croatia at that time. In 2006 with Veronica Karlsson, Kristina wrote the first expert book on mystery shopping in the world, titled “Measuring Management and The Moment of Truth” and in 2010., with Saša Petar, she published book „Mystery of a lost customer“
Devoting her career to improvement of Croatian service quality she writes regulary Heraklea's blog on http://heraklea.blog.hr, newsletter and articles and she lectures on mystery shopping and service quality.
Her friends call her pâté because she springs out of every media. If she is not at the office, she is shopping, at the seminar, or spending time with her 1 and a half year old son Luka, and lately she does not miss Sensa weekends.
