Yes, you’ve heard well – we are rigorous but kind, fair and honest. We give everyone one chance to become our associate and our selection is conducting twice a year.

Our associates are assessed regularly and their work is monitored.

Our mystery shoppers are not allowed to work for anyone else during the cooperation with us or some time after the cooperation is over.

There are many reasons to apply and cooperate only with us, and some of them are:

• Heraklea is the first and only Croatian agency to specialize solely in Mystery Shopping, seven years in the market and is the first Croatian agency member of Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA, www.mspa-eu.org) and in its work follow all the rules and Code of Ethics.
• Our fee is on European level and we pay them regularly every 25th in month, legally through piece work agreement and all taxes are paid.
• Thanks to our experience we can prepare you for field work and before you start working, you can get all the information you need.
• It is easy, quick and transparent working with us – all the information you need are available in software MARTI were you can log in any time and our kind employees are also available.
• You receive monthly all information about us and news about mystery shopping so you can feel you are a part of our team.
• We choose and award mystery shopper of the month.
• We choose and award mystery shopper of the year.
• Once a year we organize Christmas party for mystery shoppers.
• Almost all mystery shoppers that started with us in year 2003 are today still satisfied mystery shoppers and that fact speaks for its self more than any other.
